Further to the order dated 19.07.2024, Mr. Prashant Sivarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that this petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was instituted prior to the arbitral proceedings.

As the arbitral award has been rendered on 30.04.2024, Mr. Sivarajan does not wish to press the present petition, reserving the right of the petitioner to enforce the award and seek such interim orders therein as he may be entitled to in law.

The petition is disposed of with liberty as aforesaid. All pending applications also stand disposed of.

It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated upon the rights and contentions of the parties.
