The petitioner has filed the present petition challenging the allotment of Chamber No. 929 and Chamber No. 230 Lawyers Chambers at Rohini Court Complex, Delhi. The said chambers were allotted way back on 14.12.2013, and therefore this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.

However, the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 states that the petitioner has already filed a complaint in this regard. A reply in respect of the said complaint was called for and the same is scheduled for consideration today.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint and take an appropriate decision, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of six months, from today.
