After some arguments, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application. 2.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

However, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is in custody since 15.07.2021, having no antecedents. He states that three years have passed and only three witnesses have been examined. 4.
It is well settled that speedy trial has been enshrined as part of Article 21 of the Constitution of India. He states that the Petitioner is likely to languish in jail for a considerable period of time if the trial progresses at this speed. He states that three witnesses have been examined. Material on record indicates that there are total 11 witnesses but the raiding team consisted of five officers, out of whom only one has been examined. 5.

the raiding team before the formal witnesses are examined, provided, it does not cause any prejudice to the conduct of the trial. 6.
