Learned counsel for respondent/plaintiff submits that present petition has become infructuous as, vide order dated 13.02.2025 passed by learned Trial Court, the suit in question has been decreed. Copy of the judgment dated 13.02.2025 has been produced. Same be made part of the record. 3.

Petitioner herein is defendant and has taken exception to order dated 06.03.2024 whereby his right to file written statement had been closed. 4.

This Court has seen various previous orders passed by this Court, from time to time, and it is noticed that though the point raised in the present petition was very short but there was no stay of the proceedings. 5.

Since suit has been disposed, petitioner can always challenge the decree by filing appropriate appeal and while filing such appeal, it can also challenge the order, which has been impugned herein. 6.
