The petitioners are preferring the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the impugned order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, MACT-02, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, whereby he has been impleaded as a party being the driver of the offending vehicle subsequent to the chargesheet having been filed by the police. 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the petition. 5.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
