The present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 seeks the following prayers: - "A. Grant interim bail to the Petitioner / Accused Saurabh Tripathi in FIR No. 733/2020 (P.S. Uttam Nagar) for a period of 38 days (from 01.06.2026 to 09.07.2026) to enable him to prepare for and appear in his MEG Term End Examinations (June 2026 TEE) for courses MEG-18 (06.06.2026), MEG-07 (20.06.2026) and MEG17 (08.07.2026), organized by Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU);
B. Pass any other order(s) or direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the present case and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant points out that, on earlier occasions as well, learned Coordinate Benches of this Court, in BAIL APPLNS. 4753/2025 and 779/2024 vide orders dated 12.12.2025 and 11.03.2024, respectively, had granted the applicant interim bail for the same purpose, and he has not misused the liberty granted to him. 5.
By way of a status report dated 26.05.2026, authored by Insp. Mukesh Kumar, SHO, Uttam Nagar, in case FIR No. 733/2020, under Section 376 of the IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, the factum of the aforesaid scheduled examination has been verified. It is also pointed out in the aforesaid status report that the exam centre can be established inside the jail in which the applicant is lodged.

Keeping in mind the fact that the applicant had been given interim bail on earlier occasions as well, and also the fact that he had never misused the liberty granted to him, this Court is inclined to grant interim bail to the applicant till 21.06.2026.

In the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is directed to be released on interim bail till 21.06.2026 on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-, along with one surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Link Court/CJM/Duty Magistrate, further subject to following conditions: - a) Applicant shall appear before the Court as and when the matter is taken up for hearing;

c) Applicant shall not indulge in any criminal activity and shall not communicate with or come in contact with the witnesses; d) Applicant shall surrender before the concerned Jail Superintendent upon expiry of the interim bail on 21.06.2026; 8.
The present application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly. 9.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. 10.
After 21.06.2026, further extension, if necessary, will be considered on surrender of the applicant.

Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary compliance and information.
