The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been preferred impugning the order dated 03.04.2024 passed by learned ADJ-02, South West, Dwarka Courts, Delhi in CS No. DJ ADJ 16734/2016 titled as "Rampal Suhag vs. Vinod Kripashankar Pathak" whereby the application under VII Rules 10 and 11 CPC read with Section 151 CPC has been dismissed.
