The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the FIR No.0377/2020 under Sections 354/509/506 of the IPC registered with PS Dwarka North and all proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed. 3.

She confirms that all disputes relating to the petitioner have since been resolved and joins the petitioner in praying that the FIR in question be quashed.

The petitioner has also joined the proceedings through video conferencing. He states that he has no grievances against respondent no.2. He also undertakes to this Court that he shall treat all women with respect and preserve their dignity. His undertaking is accepted and the import of breaching this undertaking has been explained to him. 5.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioner and respondent no.2) and the unconditional undertaking given by the petitioner, this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. 6.

Accordingly, FIR in question (FIR No.0377/2020 under Sections 354/509/506 of the IPC registered with PS Dwarka North) and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
