Petitions under Section 439(2) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for cancellation of Anticipatory Bail granted to Respondent No.2 vide Order dated 22.06.2021 in FIR No.176/2021 under Section 376/451/341/313/354/506/509/34 IPC Police Station Saket.

It is submitted that the Charge Sheet already stands filed and the Prosecution is adducing its evidence.

Without prejudice to the rights and contentions learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions submits that she is not pressing of these two Petitions at this stage and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

In view of the submissions made the above two Petitions are permitted to be withdrawn.
