The present petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a. initiate the Contempt of Court Proceeding against the Respondent and punish her for wilfully disobeying the Order dt. 12.04.2024 passed by Ld. Family Court (South-East) Saket Courts New Delhi in GP NO. 14/2023.

b.Pass such further order/orders or direction in the interest of justice as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions of the latter, who is present in the Court today, submits that the petition be disposed of with the directions to the respondent to continue to comply with the order dated 12.04.2024 passed by the learned Family Court.
