The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- "1. issue appropriate directions initiating contempt of court proceedings against the Respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 23.05.23 and 31.01.24 passed by this Hon'ble court in W.P. (C) No. 4839 of 2013; and,

2. pass such other order as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Reply on behalf of the respondent has been placed on record wherein it has been stated that he has since vacated the subject premises. Learned counsel for the petitioner confirms the same and in view of the above seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
