JUDGMENT

% (ORAL) Quashing of FIR No.2363/2014, under Sections 420/468/471 of the IPC, registered at police station Shakarpur, Delhi is sought in this petition on the basis of Compromise Deed of 4th December, 2014 (Annexure-B). Upon Notice, Mr. Parvin Bhati, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that FSL report is awaited and in view of aforesaid Compromise Deed (Annexure-B), supplementary statement of respondent No.2/ complainant would be recorded. Let the FSL report be obtained on priority and after taking it into consideration, final report be filed within a period of twelve weeks. As Crl.M.C.No.400/2015

investigation in this case is at the final stage, so this Court is not inclined to exercise its extra ordinary inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings arising out of FIR in question.
