A modification application has been filed by respondent/plaintiff. 3.

The petitioner also filed an application stating that the decree was executed, just after order of stay was granted by the Court on 03rd April 2024.

The parties may, therefore, proceed with their remedies before the RFA Court.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
