The appellant is aggrieved by the order dated 06.05.2019 passed by the Family Court (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi, whereunder an application moved by the respondent/husband under Section 12 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 for seeking interim custody and visitation rights of the minor son of the parties, aged 2 years, has been allowed to the limited extent that the respondent/husband has been granted visitation rights in respect of the child on every 4th Saturday of the month only for half an hour.

After addressing arguments for some time, Mr.Batra, learned Senior counsel appearing for the appellant states, on instructions that presently the appellant does not wish to press this appeal. Instead, she reserves her right to approach the Family Court in the event the child is uncomfortable and resists meeting his father even for 30 minutes on a monthly basis in terms of the impugned order.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.
The appeal is dismissed as not pressed along with CM No.24053/2019.
