Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the date earlier given for the surgery of the wife of the petitioner has already elapsed and the doctor may be giving some other date for surgery and he shall move a fresh application before the concerned Court for the grant of interim bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the application for interim bail. Accordingly, the interim bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the interim bail application.
