The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C on behalf of the applicant for grant of interim bail for a period of one month in FIR 309/2014 for the offences punishable under Section 302 IPC, registered at Police Station Krishna Nagar.

Father of the petitioner expired admittedly on 25.07.2020 and period for rituals of Tehravi has already been over. 5.

Petitioner is a native of Madhya Pradesh and matter is at the stage of defendant's evidence.

In view of the reasons stated above, I find no ground to grant interim bail.
