Mr. Dinesh Kumar Aggarwal, Advocate, states that the parties have resolved their disputes before the Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts. As per the terms of the said settlement, both the parties have decided to withdraw their cases against each other. In compliance thereof, the Petitioner has also withdrawn Complaint Case No. 116/6/2018 (Case No. 1869/2018) titled "Smt. Swadesh Gupta vs. Rajendra Kumar Gupta", which was initiated for the purpose of seeking maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C., wherefrom the impugned order dated 30th January, 2021 emanates. Counsel for the Petitioner further states that as per the terms of the settlement, the Respondent has agreed to pay a maintenance of INR14,000/- per month.
