The interim bail application of the applicant herein was dismissed by the learned Session's Court on the ground the jail conduct of the applicant is unsatisfactory.

This application is moved for interim bail on the ground of COVID19 based upon the recommendations of High Powered Committee, Delhi High Court.

It is submitted by the learned APP for the State the recommendations of the High Powered Committee, Delhi High Court are not applicable upon the accused persons whose conduct is not found satisfactory. The order dated 06.08.2020 of the learned Additional Session's Judge itself notes the SHARMA

conduct of this applicant was unsatisfactory inside the jail. 8.

Considering the facts, no ground is made out for interim bail. The petition is dismissed. Pending application(s) if any, also stands disposed of. 9.
