Through the present application under Section 528 read with Section 403 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter "BNSS"), the applicant seeks clarification of the order dated 21.08.2025. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in paragraph no. 12 of the order dated 21.08.2025, the Registry was directed to transmit the records of the proceedings to the learned District & Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, North-East District, Delhi instead of the learned District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District, New Delhi.

application, paragraph no. 12 of the order dated 21.08.2025 is rectified and the same shall henceforth be read as under:

"12. If any application for condonation of delay is pending, the same shall be transferred along with the case record to the concerned Appellate Court. The Registry is directed to transmit the entire record to the learned District & Sessions Judge, New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District, New Delhi for marking to the appropriate court." 6.

At request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the parties shall appear before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District, New Delhi on 09.09.2025.

The date already fixed as 08.09.2025 before the learned District & Sessions Judge, Karkardooma Courts, North-East District, Delhi stands cancelled.
