CM(M) 783/2019 After hearing arguments it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner he intends to withdraw the petition but submits applications under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC and Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC be disposed of expeditiously by the learned trial court. In the circumstances, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, learned trial court is directed to dispose of applications under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC and Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC within a week from the date fixed i.e. 21.05.2019. It is made clear this Court has not

expressed any opinion on the merits of the case in any manner whatsoever.
