The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0376/2020 under Sections 509/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Dwarka North and all proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed. 3.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. She has joined the proceedings through video conferencing and is identified by her counsel. She confirms that they have since resolved all their differences and disputes and she joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed. 4.

The petitioners have also joined the present proceedings through video conferencing and are identified by their counsel. They confirm that they have since resolved all their disputes and differences with respondent no.2 and pray that the FIR in question be quashed. 5.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition. Accordingly, the FIR in question (FIR No.0376/2020 under Sections 509/506/34 of the IPC registered with PS Dwarka North) and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
