% 22.05.2026 By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 418/2020 dated 16.11.2020, registered under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at P.S. K.M. Pur, District South, Delhi, on the ground of settlement.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition is thus dismissed as withdrawn without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties in the pending criminal proceedings.
