% 31.01.2020 During the course of hearing, Mr. Singh, ld. Standing Counsel for the petitioner states that the recommendations of the State Commissioner for persons with disabilities have been duly considered by the petitioner and that the same could not be implemented in view of the absence of the vacancy. When that is so, the petitioner cannot be said to be having any grievance to extend challenge to the recommendations made and it appears, the instant petition is filed only to gain time to give effect to the recommendations. In the event, the petitioner has any hardships to give effect to the recommendations, it should approach the concerned Authority for the purpose.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
