By way of present petition, the petitioners have challenged the Summoning Order dated 11.09.2023 passed in Complaint Case No. 865/2022.

After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the revision against the Summoning Order dated 11.09.2023 before the learned Additional Sessions Judge.
