The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:
"A.
to initiate contempt proceedings against the Contemnor/Respondent for the willful disobedience of Order dated 02.03.2019 passed by Ms Nisha Saxena, Judge Incharge, Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in Complaint Case No. 58761/20 I 6 titled " Garima Bais Vs Rahul Singh & ors" under the DV Act) B. Pass a direction to the contemnor to send the minor child Akshat Singh with his grandparents for 15 days during summer vacations in compliance of clause (8) of Settlement Agreement. C. Pass a direction to the contemnor to pay/return an amount of Rs. 45,00,000/- received by her under the terms of settlement and restore the parties to the position that was before they had arrived at settlement dated 02.03.2019 and;
