After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the bail application, with directions to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings in the matter, more specifically to examine the victim and/or complainant and other public witnesses immediately on the dates fixed before it. Learned APP assured that all the public witnesses, including the victim and/or complainant shall be examined on the dates fixed before the Trial Court. 2.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with the directions to the Trial Court to expedite the proceedings in the matter, more specifically to examine the victim and/or complainant and other public witnesses immediately on the dates fixed before it. The Trial Court shall not adjourn the matter on any ground whatsoever on the dates fixed before it.
