The present case has been listed on an office note. 2.

It has been pointed out in the office note that in para 1 and 11 of the order dated 30.04.2024 whereby FIR in question was ordered to be quashed, inadvertently a typographical error has crept in and instead of FIR No.0456/2021 it has been mentioned as FIR No.0465/2021. 3.

In view of the above, the para 1 and 11 of the order dated 30.04.2024 are corrected to read as under:

"1.

The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC seeking quashing of FIR No.0456/2021 under Sections 323/354/506/509 IPC registered at Police Station Patel Nagar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom on the ground that the parties have arrived at a settlement.

11. Consequently, the petition is allowed and the FIR No.0456/2021 under Sections 323/354/506/509 IPG registered The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 10/05/2024 at 11:40:28

at Police Station Patel Nagar alongwith all other proceedings emanating therefrom, is quashed."
