This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR no. 66/2018, registered at PS Lodhi Colony, Delhi under Sections 354/354A/354D/506 IPC, on the basis of settlement deed dated 28th March, 2024, which is on record of this Court.

The said settlement deed though executed between the parties is now resiled from by respondent no.2 who is present in Court. She states that she does not wish to adhere to the settlement anymore. She had provided her affidavit as well giving her no objection to the quashing, however, she states that there were other aspects also which were agreed between the parties and the same are not been complied with inter alia securing a job in DTC. 3.

In these circumstances, counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue remedies at an appropriate stage.
