Mr. Parth Goswami, counsel for respondent and states that now the India Taekwondo has been granted recognition as a National Sports Federation (NSF) for the promotion and development of the sport of Taekwondo in the country by communication dated 08th May 2025. 2.

He states that they are, therefore, bound not only by the Sports Code but also by other rules, regulations and directions of the Government of India, including those relating to the selection of team and sending of athletes to international tournaments.

Accordingly, the Court does not see any reason why this petition should subsist, considering it involved an issue in 2022, which is now stale and has perished.

Petition is disposed of.
