O R D E R
% 03.08.2017 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this leave petition with liberty to prosecute the proceedings pending or to be initiated, in relation to her marital discord, in accordance with law.
However, learned counsel for the parties agree that the petitioner, Smt. Anjana Bhalla shall be permitted to meet her minor son, namely, Jayanshu between 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, 6th August, 2017, at the Akal Takht Office in the Golden Temple at Amritsar. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Ajay Bhalla, the estranged husband of the petitioner, undertakes upon instructions, that Master Jayanshu will be left with Smt. Anjana Bhalla at 10:00 a.m. at the W.P.(CRL) 557/2017
pre-determined venue and shall be picked up from the same venue at 4:00 p.m., on that day.
The undertaking given on behalf of Mr. Ajay Bhalla is accepted, leaving the parties to abide strictly with the directions in relation to visitation, as elaborated hereinabove. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties are directed to ensure facilitation of the said visitation, as directed.
With the above directions and whilst reserving liberty to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, as aforesaid in accordance with law; the petition is disposed off, at this stage. Pending application also stands disposed off.
