% 01.09.2020 CRL. M.A. 12012/2020 (Exemption) 1.

Exemption is allowed, subject to the condition that the petitioner will file the duly sworn/attested affidavit and the certified copies of the annexures within 72 hours from the date of resumption of the regular functioning of this Court. Court fee, if any, be also filed within one week from today.

The application stands disposed of.

The present application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking extension of interim bail granted to the petitioner in FIR No. 28/2016 registered under Sections 18/19 of the NDPS Act at P.S. Special Cell vide order dated 11.06.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Full Bench of this Court in Court On Its Own Motion v. State & Ors. bearing W.P.(C) 3037/2020 and prays that the petitioner's bail may be extended till 31.10.2020. 3.

The relevant paras of the order dated 24.08.2020 passed in the aforesaid writ petition are as follows :- "2. Taking note of the extraordinary circumstances prevailing at that point of time and taking note of the directions of Hon'ble Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court issued from time to time regarding functioning of Delhi High Court and Courts subordinate to Delhi High Court, the directions contained in our order dated 25th March, 2020 were further extended vide our orders dated 15th May, 2020, 15th June, 2020, and 13th July, 2020 and the latest extension is effective till 31st August, 2020.

Now taking note of the prevalent Covid-19 pandemic situation in Delhi, Hon'ble Administrative and General Supervision Committee of this Court has been pleased to order that the regular functioning of this Court as well Courts subordinate to this Court shall continue to remain suspended till 31st August, 2020.

4. In view of the above, we hereby further extend the implementation of the directions contained in our orders dated 25th March, 2020, 15th May, 2020, 15th June, 2020 and 13th July, 2020, till 31st October, 2020 with the same terms and conditions."

Accordingly, in view of the order passed by the Full Bench of this Court in the aforesaid matter, the petitioner's bail is extended till 31.10.2020 on the same terms and conditions.

Application is disposed of in the above terms.
