The present Appeal, under Section 37(2)(b) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, read with Section 13(1a) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015, against the Order dated 27.03.2026 passed by the learned Arbitrator.

Learned counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal with liberty to file a fresh, since certain documents which should have formed part of the present Appeal were inadvertently missed out.

Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted. 4.
