This application is, accordingly, disposed of. W.P.(C) 5544/2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction thereby to declare the appointment of respondent no.5 as Administrative Officer Accident and Trauma Services, Govt. of NCT of Delhi as void abinitio and issue appropriate directions for recovery of the salary and other allowances. Further seeks direction thereby setting aside the impugned order dated 25.01.2019 with further direction to initiate appropriate disciplinary action against all the concerned officers who are instrumental in appointment of respondent no.5 as Administrative Officer on deputation. To this effect, the petitioner has sent legal notice dated 15.01.2019 mentioning therein letter dated 17.05.2013 issued from the office of
Principal, Accountant General (Audit), Delhi. However, there is no response from the respondents.
Keeping in view the averments made in the said petition and the fact that on the issue raised in the said petition, the petitioners have made legal notice dated 15.01.2019, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to take final decision on the legal notice dated 15.01.2019 within six weeks from the receipt of this order. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
