The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No.0628/2018 under Sections 498A/406/354/323/34 of the IPC registered with PS Gokul Puri and all proceedings emanating therefrom be quashed.

The said FIR was registered at the instance of respondent no.2. She has joined the said proceedings through video conferencing and is identified by her counsel. She confirms that she has resolved all her disputes and differences with petitioner no.1 (her husband) in terms of the Settlement Deed (undated), a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-B to the present petition.

The petitioner no.1 had agreed to pay a sum of ₹1,40,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore and Forty Lakhs) to respondent no.2 as full and final settlement of all her claims. Respondent no.2 acknowledges that she has Signed By:DUSHYANT RAWAL Location:

received the said sum. She confirms that she and petitioner no.1 have since, secured a decree of divorce. She also states that she has no further grievances against the petitioners and all her claims are duly settled. She joins the petitioners in praying that the FIR in question be quashed. 4.

The petitioners have also joined the proceedings through video conferencing and are identified by their counsel. They also confirm that they have no grievances against respondent no.2. 5.

In view of the statement made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2), the present petition is allowed and the FIR in question (FIR No. 0628/2018 under Sections 498A/406/354/323/34 of the IPC registered with PS Gokul Puri) and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
