Learned APP submitted that the complainant as well as the other public witnesses are yet to be examined before the Trial Court. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application with the liberty to file the same afresh, in accordance with law, after the examination of the complainant as well as the other public witnesses. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed, subject to just exceptions.
