The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0437/2018, under Sections 452/323/34 of the IPC registered with PS Paschim Vihar, New Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The present petition is premised on a settlement arrived at between the concerned parties (petitioner and respondent no.2). The said settlement has been filed as Annexure-B to the present petition. Respondent no.2 has joined the proceedings through video conferencing. He is identified by the IO and his advocate. He states that he has since resolved all disputes, which are subject matter of the FIR in question and he has no grievances against the petitioner or any other person with regard to the allegations made in the said FIR. quashed. The petitioner has also joined the proceedings. He is identified by his counsel. He confirms that he has since resolved all disputes with respondent no.2 and states that he has no grievances against respondent no.2.

In view of the statements made by the concerned parties (petitioner and respondent no.2), this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No. 0437/2018, under Sections 452/323/34 of the IPC registered with PS Paschim Vihar, New Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed.
