This is an application seeking disposal of the execution petition as per the terms and condition of the settlement arrived between the parties under Vivad se Vishwas - II (Commercial Dispute) Scheme. 2.
As per the settlement, the amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court to the tune of Rs. 33,89,61,212/- along with accrued interest is to be released to the judgment-debtor. Further, the three bank guarantees amounting to Rs. 86.50 crores are also be released. The details of the bank guarantees are extracted below:

In this view of the matter, the Registry of this Court is directed to release an amount of Rs. 33,89,61,212/- along with accrued interest to the judgment-debtor/its nominee. Also, the abovesaid bank guarantees be also released to the decree-holder/its nominee.

With these directions and binding the parties to the terms of the settlement, the execution petition along with the present application are disposed of.
