This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to convene its meeting at the earliest and decide the application of the petitioner for D.El.Ed course for the academic year 2020-21. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that in 2012 the petitioner submitted an application to NRC seeking recognition for D.El.Ed course. After various proceedings NRC considered the application of the petitioner in August 2019 and issued a show cause notice on three grounds. The jurisdiction now vests in WRC. The grievance of the petitioner is that WRC has not decided the application of the petitioner despite the fact that several meetings have taken place.

Let WRC deal with the application of the petitioner expeditiously. If

possible, WRC may consider and deal with the application of the petitioner on its next meeting.
