By virtue of the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 08.04.2024 passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial)-06 SouthEast, Saket Court, Delhi in Civil Suit (COMM.) No.168/2023 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present appeal in view of a Settlement Agreement recorded inter se the parties, which has been filed before the Trial Court in Bentley Systems Pvt Ltd vs. Vmaps Tech India Pvt. Ltd. CS(COMM) 168/2023. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
