CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JYOTI SINGH

O R D E R

% 02.09.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. C.M. APPL. 21439/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 5930/2020 Present petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking directions to the Respondents for implementation of the Notification dated 24.09.2013 extending benefits of re-employment upto the age of 65 years to Part-Time Vocational teachers working in the Government Schools under the aegis of Government of NCT of Delhi.

Ms. Avnish Ahlawat learned counsel, who appears on advance copy of the writ petition, draws the attention of the Court to an order dated

21.08.2020 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.1113/2020 whereby the Petitioner after some hearing of the application had withdrawn the O.A., without any liberty. She submits that the order clearly indicates that the Petitioner has given up her rights and it is not open to her to file the present petition to reagitate the same grievance. Faced with this Mr. Varun Mudgil learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition. He however seeks liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal by way of a Review Petition seeking review/recall of the order dated 21.08.2020.

Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
