% 22.03.2016 The present petition came up for hearing on 19th January, 2015 when nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The matter again came up for hearing on 20th February, 2015 when notice was issued to the respondent.
Thereafter, on 23rd March, 2015, notice was again issued to the respondent.
On 13th April, 2015, counsel for the respondent put in appearance when the matter was adjourned for 26th May, 2015. Thereafter, on 26th May, 2015, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time for filing rejoinder and one last opportunity was granted for this purpose. On 13th August, 2015, again rejoinder was not filed.
On 3rd November, 2015, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is likely to be amicably settled and the matter was referred for mediation. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 1st March, 2016. Even today, despite the matter having been passed over twice, none has appeared
on behalf of the petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the prosecution of the present petition. The present petition and applications are dismissed for nonprosecution. P.S.TEJI, J MARCH 22, 2016 aa
