1. The present appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent seeks to assail the order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the learned Single Bench in W.P.(C) 2252/2012.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the present appeal. The same is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellant submits that memo of parties filed alongwith the appeal paper book describes the appellant incorrectly.

He, therefore, prays that for completion of records, he may be permitted to file an amended memo of parties.
