% 28.08.2019 This is an application for anticipatory bail in FIR bearing no. 0623/2018 u/s. 498-A/406/377/34 IPC, PS Shakarpur, Delhi. Ld. Counsel for the parties state that the matter which is matrimonial dispute has been settled for an amount of Rs.17,00,000/-, in mediation. As per settlement, the parties will go for divorce with mutual consent. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per order dated 30.05.2019 of this Court, a sum of Rs.7.50 lakh was deposited in the name of the complainant in the form of FDR with the Registrar General of this Court. He further states that he has no objection, if the said amount is released to respondent no.2 in view of the settlement. Heard.

Registrar General of this Court is directed to release the aforesaid

amount of Rs.7.50 Lakh deposited in the form of FDR to the respondent no.2.

Ld. Counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that he has no objection to grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties it is hereby ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of IO/SHO.
