The present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging wilful disobedience/non-compliance with the directions contained in the order dated 20.02.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 2427/2026. The said order reads as under:

Learned counsel for the respondent/Union of India, who appears on advance notice, submits that the matter is under consideration by the respondents.

It is assured and undertaken by the learned counsel for the respondents that a Speaking Order shall be issued within a period of four weeks from today.

respondents on record, the present petition stands disposed of. 5.

In case of non-compliance, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the present petition.
