The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "(i) To issue appropriate writ, direction to the respondents under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper, considering the law of equity with good conscience and interest of justice.

(ii) To issue appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents to conduct a fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.

0506/2020 under Section 323/354/380/427/452/506/509/34 IPC, registered with police station Keshav Puram and to consider the representation dated 11.08.2020 before filing the final Signed By:DUSHYANT RAWAL Location:

report before the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate, in the interest of justice."

Mr Garg, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in FIR No. 0506/2020 under Sections 323/354/452/506/509/509/34 of the IPC registered with PS Keshav Puram. He states that the petitioner has also made a complaint dated 07.08.2020 and representation dated 11.08.2020, however, the same have not been considered. He further submits that proper investigation is not being conducted.

Ms Vohra, learned ASC appearing for the State submits that the efforts to record the statement of the petitioner and to make further making inquiries in respect of the complaint dated 07.08.2020 were made but the petitioner is neither available at his address nor responding on phone. She further states that the police officials have no reservations to inquire into the complaint dated 07.08.2020 provided the petitioner cooperates with the concerned police officials.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear at the concerned police station (PS Keshav Puram) at 10.30 a.m. on 04.09.2020. The concerned police officials shall consider the petitioner's complaints dated 07.08.2020 and 11.08.2020 and make such inquiries as are necessary. 7.
