After some arguments, the Petitioner, who appears in person states that he would be satisfied in the event Annexure P-2 and Annexure P-5 are decided by the Registrar Cooperative Society in accordance with law in a time bound manner.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Registrar Cooperative Society to decide annexure P-2 and P-5 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner in accordance with law within four months.
