This is a petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking interim reliefs. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since an Arbitral Tribunal for adjudication of the disputes between the parties has already been constituted on 06.08.2020, the petitioner, instead of pressing the present petition, will move an application under Section 17 of the Act seeking similar reliefs before the learned Tribunal. She, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition along with the pending applications stands dismissed as not pressed. It is, however, made clear that as this Court has not examined the issues raised in the present petition on merits, it

will be open for the petitioner to take all grounds permissible in law including the grounds urged in the present petition, while moving its application for interim relief before the learned Tribunal. REKHA PALLI, J SEPTEMBER 2, 2020 sr
