Present petition has been filed under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail in pursuance to FIR No.145/2020 registered at Police Station Aman Vihar for the offences punishable under sections 341/323/354/354A/506/509/427/34 IPC.

With the consent of counsel for the parties, present petition is taken up for final disposal.

Learned APP for State and counsel for the complainant accept notice and have opposed the present petition by submitting that there are specific allegations of outraging the modesty of a woman against the complainant, therefore, the present petition deserves to be dismissed. 7.
However, it is not in dispute that co-accused Santosh was granted Anticipatory bail by a detailed order dated 21.08.2020 and thereafter coaccused Shamsher Singh was also granted Anticipatory bail vide order dated 24.08.2020.

Accordingly, the SHO/IO concerned is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner/applicant shall be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required.

Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. 11.
Copy of this order be transmitted to SHO/IO concerned for necessary compliance.
