Learned counsel for the defendants, submits that the requisite disclaimers have already been inserted at the beginning of the Movie, to state that the Movie does not represent the factual stage of affairs in the IAF nor does the IAF endorse the events as portrayed in the Movie. It is submitted on behalf of the defendants that the movie has already been released on OTT and other Platforms in 2020.
