The present petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a direction cancelling the bond dated 30th May, 2014 and release of the Bank Guarantee dated 30th May, 2014 in respect of a car purchased by the father of the Petitioner.

Today it is submitted by the ld. Counsel for the Respondent that an adjudication order has been passed in this matter on 12th March, 2025. 4.

Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the Order-in-Original dated 12th March, 2025.
